Their $75 annual membership fee is a good investment and includes a very informative monthly magazine and a 25% discount on their products. Their jewel product, "Life extension mix" is a very well thought out and comprehensive vitamin/mineral/antioxidant supplement. It fits well with my belief that one should start with a very comprehensive, well-thought-out vitamin and only add other supplements that are needed. I use it and several other LEF products.
